A photograph in yesterdayÕs Chicago Tribune showed a crowd of people laughing and smiling as they stood at the gates of the Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park Sunday to listen to the Dalai Lama give a public talk. One happy young man in the foreground wore a t-shirt with the words, ÒALL ONE.Ó

An accompanying article on the Tibetan guruÕs visit reported, ÒThe Dalai Lama insisted he was not in Chicago to proselytize. At the teaching session in the Harris Theater, he implored a crowd of about 1,500 to open their minds to the multitude of religious traditions around the world.

Ò ÔAs you know, all major traditions have basically the same potential,Õ he said. ÔAll have the same message, the message of love and compassion . . . that is the foundation of nonviolence.Õ Ó

Obviously this is SatanÕs Lie at its most basic: All one. All religious paths lead to the same conclusion: All that matters is love.

The Tribune article goes on to describe the kind of blatant made-for-Hollywood ÒluvÓ you get from a trademark Dalai Lama performance:

ÒBefore the official teaching began, about two dozen monks on stage with the Dalai Lama chanted mantras in low, guttural tones. The Dalai Lama told the audience that when he was young, he aspired to chant with such a voice. But every time he tried, he would cough. He choked up with laughter as he recalled the story, prompting him to cough more before continuing.

ÒThe stage was decorated to resemble a traditional Tibetan Buddhist monastery with a traditional tapestry depicting a scene from the BuddhaÕs life, suspended above. The Dalai Lama sat upon an ornate throne constructed by Chicago-area Tibetan craftsmen.

Ò. . . ÔMy talk is not that serious. Just a talk,Õ he said. ÒIf you came for a message, you will get disappointed.Õ

ÒHe let down very few. A quiet stillness fell over the farthest reaches of the parkÕs lawn as he implored listeners to love their enemies and transform their anger into compassion.Ó

Killing time the day before I was allowed to pick up the keys for my new apartment, I drove along the lakefront and, among other things, I unexpectedly stopped at the The Bahai House of Worship in Wilmette to check out the ÒShrine of the Bab.Ó

Inside the auditorium of the monstrous nine-sided temple covered by a majestic dome (said to symbolize Òthe unity of all people and religions under GodÓ) are these huge words centered at the front: ÒAll the Prophets of God Proclaim the Same Faith.Ó

A free color brochure in the foyer informs that Bahaullah, the founder of the Persia-originated Bahai faith (1817-1892), is the latest Òmanifestation of GodÓ (following Abraham, Moses, Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Christ and Muhammad) and represents Òthe Promised One for this day and age.Ó

One of several signs in the hallway of the basement of the worship center reads, ÒWho is Bahaullah? Know thou assuredly that the essence of all the Prophets of God is one and the same. Their unity is absolute. God, the Creator, saith: There is no distinction whatsoever among the Bearers of My message. They all have but one purpose; their secret is the same secret . . .Ó

Satan loves to use Bible terms to advance his program and so when the Apostle Paul writes about a ÒsecretÓ there are counterfeit definitions put forth.

Just look at these two quotes, one from Bahaullah and one from Paul, and you can easily see the copying and twisting of key words and ideas by the Persian guru.

Bahaullah says, ÒThe Revelation which, from time immemorial, hath been acclaimed as the Purpose and Promise of all the Prophets of God, and the most cherished Desire of His Messengers, hath now, by virtue of the pervasive Will of the Almighty and His irresistible bidding, been revealed unto men. The advent of such a Revelation hath been heralded in all the sacred Scriptures.Ó

Paul writes in Romans 16, ÒNow to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
[26] But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith.Ó

In pure Antichrist-One-World-Religion language, another quote on the wall from Bahaullah reads, ÒO ye children of men! The Fundamental purpose of animating the Faith of God and His Religion is to safeguard the interests and promote the unity of the human race, and to foster the spirit of love and fellowship among men.Ó

How fitting that the BahaiÕs ÒBab,Ó who is said to have prophesied the BahaullahÕs Òmission as the latest Messenger of God Who would usher in an age of world peace,Ó is only two letters short of Babel!

In another wall quote obviously dedicated to Satan and the Antichrist is the assurance, ÒThese holy ones have, moreover, announced that when He Who is the Day Spring of the manifold grace of God manifesteth Himself, all the Prophets and Messengers, including the QaÕim, will gather together beneath the shadow of the sacred standard which the Promised One shall raise. That hour is now come.Ó
